I offer a free 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation to discuss your needs and how I can help.

Each 60-minute session is offered at a rate of £50–£60 and can be conducted in either English or Chinese.

I understand that the cost of therapy can be a concern, so I offer reduced rates for students and individuals on low incomes. My intention is to ensure that everyone has access to the support they need, regardless of financial circumstances.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Support
​As an Associate Counsellor for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), I work with individuals dealing with work-related stress, anxiety, and burnout. If you're struggling to manage work-life balance, handling stress in the workplace, or facing challenges that are affecting your job performance, I can help you regain a sense of clarity, balance, and resilience.
Counselling for Mental Health and Wellbeing
I am experienced in supporting individuals who are struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. My goal is to support you in improving your mental health, coping with emotional distress, and building resilience.
